Hired to create the vision and roadmap for the IT function from the ground up as the company grew from $0 (startup) to $3 Billion in 9 years.

Built up IT team from 6 to 93 FTE. Managed an annual budget of $40MM.Led integration of 5 major acquisitions (ranging from $275MM to $1B) and 1 divestiture.
Developed M&A Playbook. All acquisitions fully integrated in 16 months or fewer.
Led infrastructure architecture and growth, implemented Microsoft ERP, Microsoft CRM, Maintenance System, Sales Order Processing, Manufacturing Execution Systems and multiple line of business applications, which enabled KapStone’s 1,200% grown in 9 years.
